Collection or Shipping

We offer a complimentary collection or free shipping service for all phones.

Prior to collection, please prepare your phone and ensure that all iCloud accounts have been removed, as we cannot purchase phones without this step completed. Upon their arrival at our warehouse, our skilled technicians will conduct a thorough assessment of all phones and furnish you with a quote.

Secure Data Handling

We recognize the paramount importance of secure data handling for your business. At AthCom, we have implemented a range of GDPR and WEEE compliant measures and processes to ensure the security of your business’s sensitive information. These measures include, but are not limited to:

• Automatic erasure of all data from every phone using Blanco and Phonecheck software, resetting all devices to their factory settings.
• Employment of a secure courier service for phone collection and safe delivery to our warehouse.
• Assessment of each individual phone’s value by trained AthCom’s warehouse technicians.
• Provision of data erasure certificates upon request for specific devices.
• SSL Secure Registration.
• Our exclusive 30-point check system guarantees that none of your data will leave our warehouse.
